I purchased a domain few months back. At the time of registration, I didn't knew it was a domain that is previously used by someone.

When I started adding content to my website, I realized its DA was already 9, after adding some content and sharing it on my social handles, I got a few links and my DA increased to 18, but since last week I am noticing a weird behavior in MozBar.

Everyday I see a different DA, sometimes it gets better while sometimes its as low as 10.

Can anyone check my site and see if there is something with my website or is it normal.

Why MOZ just index some of the links?

hello everyone i've been using moz pro for a while and found a lot of backlink oppertunites as checking my competitor's backlink profile.
i'm doing the same way as my competitors but moz does not see and index lots of them, maybe just index 10% of them. though my backlinks are commenly from sites with +80 and +90 DA like Github, Pinterest, Tripadvisor and .... and the strange point is that 10% are almost from EDU sites with high DA. i go to EDU sites and place a comment and in lots of case, MOZ index them in just 2-3 days!! with maybe just 10 links like this, my DA is incresead from 15 to 19 in less than one month! so, how does this "SEO TOOL" work?? is there anyway to force it to crawl a page?

New, credible links are not effecting DA

The company I work for recently started distributing press releases via PRNewswire. Our first press release had over 100 pickups. We included several links to our site in the release. It was published on credible sites like AP News and Yahoo Finance (these sites have DAs of 94). None of the links or mentions show up on our discovered links and it's been over a month. Our DA has not increased at all and it's only 18. Am I missing something? I would think with over 100 new links, we should've gained some traction. I've checked all sites for "no follow" markings and haven't found any so I don't think that's the issue. Please help!

I am concerned about the links pointing to my site. There have been an additional 273 dodgy links added in the last 2 months for unknown reasons skewing the linking domains by DA to mostly 1-10\. Could this be a negative SEO campaign?

How do you handle a large site with a very high DA?

I am looking at working with a site that has a DA of 93, they competitors have a DA of 90, 91, 92. Any insights to the struggles I might face with a site like this?
