Unsolved Website with no backlinks and a DA of 1 ranks first. Why?

https://www.realestatephotos.melbourne does not have any backlinks and has a DA of 1.
This site ranks first for keywords - real estate photography melbourne and property photography melbourne.
Not sure why.
URL contains keywords and site is ok. But other sites with many links and higher DA rank lower. Why?Garry

It might just be, purely that the domain name has the area in Australia in the domain name. Sometimes, that alone is enough to get the business onto page one of Google. For example, we have a business, sells fencing. That website has been content marketing, links, on-page SEO but still ranks further down the page, because we don't have the city name in our domain name. Does this help? I would highly recommend hiring a link building SEO agency, that builds links in a white hat way, and only pick an SEO company that builds links using white hat methods, which follows the advice of Google- E-EAT- does this help you?

Unsolved Thousands of links with same IP address found in backlinks
Hey, While researching the backlinks of a client's website I found around 3000 links with the structure: http://54.201.231.138/page. The IP doesn't seem to be of their website and the MOZ Spam score for the domain is 1%. Wondering what these links are and if they're a big problem? Thank you in advance. Warmly,

How to get rid of bad backlinks
So I noticed my rankings going down and spam score going up. So under my spam score there are over 100 links for different websites but ALL redirect to semalt.com I researched it and it says they hijacked a bunched of backlinks but don't know much more. How can I get rid of all those backlinks? I was told I could use the disavow tool but apparently that can hurt my ranking as well. The semalt.com site has no backlink to me - it looks like the pages that have/had my backlinks, they've redirected to them. Unsolved Good PA/DA...no keywords after 6 months
I've been doing SEO on a clients site, for a back page for 6 months now. Good amount of backlinks, has a PA/DA of 34/32, it's indexed by Google (via Console)...but it's not getting picked up for a single keyword (same in Ahrefs). Haven't had this happen before, what am I missing?

Unsolved Building a report that provides all ranking keywords to specific pages on my website
I'd like to build a report that provides me all of the ranking keywords (tracked and un-tracked) for about 100 specific webpages on the rockhurst.edu site. I can pull the keywords from Keyword Explorer using the exact page url, but I don't want to have to do that individually for all 100 or so pages.
