Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me suss out what I'm missing here. There are two issues that have me pretty confused. #1: Ubersuggest is correctly indicated a ranking for this web page while it's not mentioned anywhere in Moz as a ranking keyword. #2: The page is ranking at #5 on page 1 for this search term and beating out the likes of rollingstone.com and other 90+ DA and 50+ PA results while only having a PA 15 and DA 22. My concern here is that I'm missing out on other rankings that might actually be attainable.

Hi i use a power package for MOZ. However i've heard conflicting reports on how often the DA and PA is updated. Someone said is it only updated monthly.   however i believe the update frequencies are great than that is there any definitive information on this

We had a new website go live at the end of April - I keep requesting crawl tests but I get this in the excel copy... URL                                      Title Tag 
http://www.pvc-strip.co.uk     602 : Page redirects to a URL outside the scope of this campaign. I always list the website as https://... but the crawl always returns the http:// version. Not sure what I can do to make sure the website can be crawled?

I saw a big difference between DA scores on Moz Chrome app VS Website Tool. Which DA score is the correct one? I personally believe the scores on Moz's site is most accurate. Hi, Is there any way that I could find out the traffic source list from a competitor's website within the moz tools? Or any other insight? Thanks

Hi All, I have had some free time lately and have wanted to try and figure out how Moz calculates page authority and what I can do to increase page authority. For instance, I have a real estate site (As some of you may know already) and of course there are places like Zillow.com who have amazing Domain Authority and even page authority for a certain address. So this is just some random address to where most of the local sites I compete with have a PA of 1. Is there a way to get that PA up? Would it be sharing it on Social Media, or writing a blog post about it (which I of course would not want do do with every listing (hundreds) but was curious how Zillow could have such a high page rank on a property that maybe came up a day or two ago. Obviously they make the tool that measures this, but is their own score inflated because of this? I know DA isn't strictly a measure of popularity, but Moz's own score seems a little _too _high compared to some other sites... 92 - Moz.com 90 - Salesforce.com 87 - Airbnb.com 84 - Priceline.com 83 - Squarespace.com Can someone shed some light on how DA is actually measured?
