I am traveling to Japan soon and stumbled upon your blog looking up some information about sushi. I really like your writings and would love to read on the plane but obviously wifi on flights isn’t reliable. Would you happen to be able to provide me with a PDF or AVI version of your blog if possible? I’ve tried looking up ways to convert it myself and it looks like you need the XML file to do so in most cases. If not, I understand. Thank you in advance!
